GEN McConville '81 Becomes Army Chief of Staff

On August 9, General James McConville '81 was sworn in as the Army’s 40th Chief of Staff. In his initial message to the Army Team, he talks about taking care of people and his other priorities. McConville visited the Academy recently to receive a brief from the Superintendent and staff. He also spent time with cadets and observed Cadet Basic Training combatives and marksmanship training at Camp Buckner. Video.
