LTC Molica ’99 Presents Certificate of Cemmendation

For one of his last official duties before retiring as the Deputy Commander of the Memphis District of the Corps of Engineers, LTC Nate Molica ’99, presented a certificate of commendation from the West Point Society of the Mid-South to JROTC Cadet Christopher Phebus on May 28, 2021, during the Annual Awards Ceremony for the Shelby County JROTC Program of 19 units.
