David, Along with his wife, is also the Co-founder & CEO of Children of Fallen Patriots, a non-profit organization that provides college scholarships to military children who have lost a parent to combat or training.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, David was a Principal at Butler Capital and an artillery officer in the U.S. Army where he graduated from the Army Airborne, Ranger and Jungle Warfare schools. He is a combat veteran of Operation Just Cause.
David graduated in the top 3% of his class from the United States Military Academy at West Point class of 1988, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
