Paula and Mark Thompson ’02, who participated in an interview with WPAOG earlier this year, discuss why they support West Point. “It is exciting for us to be purposeful where our money goes, and what better place to give than West Point, the place that set us up for success. By definition, leaders are influencers. If you can give to support leaders in their development, you are going to have exponential value to those dollars that you give. Every leader that we impact at West Point will then in turn impact thousands of others over the course of their life. We won’t even know all the ways our dollar is impacting the nation’s future leaders, but we can be sure it will have a huge impact on the world.”
