Major General Douglas A. Sims ’91 was selected for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as Director, J-3, Joint Staff, Washington, DC. He is currently serving as Commanding General, 1st Infantry Division and Fort Riley, Fort Riley, Kansas.
