During a Joining Forces event held in April at the American Red Cross in Washington, D.C., Morales was given a heartfelt farewell and applauded by First Lady Michelle Obama for his leadership efforts as Executive Director of the national organization. He will soon transition to Brigade Command of the ROTC command at Ft.
