The Graduate Scholarship Program was thrilled to welcome former Executive Secretary LTC(R) Brian Babcock-Lumish '02 back to XH407 during his 20th Class Reunion Weekend. A Marshall and Truman Scholar, Dr. Babcock-Lumish '02 currently works as the director of the General David H. Petraeus Center for Emerging Leaders at the Institute for the Study of War, educating civilian leaders on national security. Together, with current Executive Secretary MAJ Katie Hedgecock, Dr. Babcock-Lumish '02 moderated a discussion on military professionalism and civil-military relations. The discussion focused on his 2013 article, “The Apolitical Myth” and current events.
