PL300 Instructors from the BS&L Department presented an LPD on leadership during organizational change at the request of the KACH command team. There was about 80 attendees including civilians and Active Duty Army personnel. KACH supports multiple lines of effort to include USMA, DHA, and MRC-East. The LPD reinforced a people-first approach and fundamental leadership skills helpful during organizational change. The theoretical overview consisted of topics on leading change, effective followership, motivational theories, conflict management, and counseling tactics. The engagement was conducted by LTC Shari Bowen, MAJ Stephen Casares '09, and MAJ Nicholas Rich.
