Marianne Malizia '81In 2021, Marianne Malizia '81 took over U.S. Air Force DEI for 697,000 active-duty airmen. She is responsible for advancing the Air Force's diversity and inclusion mission. Prior to joining the Air Force, she established the first diversity and inclusion program at XPO Logistics, a global logistics company with over 43,000 employees. She worked for Booz Allen Hamilton for over 20 years, where she co-led the establishment of and eventually co-chaired the firm's LGBTQ Employee Resource Group. She served nine years as an active-duty Army officer, during which she had assignments in Germany and also provided operational support for Desert Storm and Desert Shield. Read more.
