COL Sean Morrow '01 Promoted

Congratulations to COL Sean Morrow '01 on his promotion. Superintendent LTG Gilland '90 officiated the ceremony. COL Morrow serves as the Director of the Combating Terrorism Center (CTC) in the Social Sciences Department.
