Clik here to view.The Department of Foreign Languages and its Russian section had the pleasure of hosting LTC(P) Michael Tobias '01, former Russian instructor and current European Region Foreign Area Officer (FAO). During his visit, Tobias delivered a presentation on the role and responsibilities of FAOs in the current strategic environment. The presentation provided the cadets and faculty in attendance with a better understanding of the work of FAOs, and how their role impacts the security and stability of the region.
