Class of 1967 West Point Alumni Leaders Conference
Approximately 350 West Point leaders of all stripes returned to the Academy from August 13 to August 16 for the Class of 1967 West Point Alumni Leaders Conference, and there was something for everyone on the agenda. The conference formally opened with remarks from LTG (R) Larry Jordan ’68, Chairman of the West Point Association of Graduates Board of Directors. Jordan discussed the state of the Association and outlined some of his goals as chairman, which included strengthening the relevance of WPAOG, supporting the Academy’s diversity initiatives and drafting WPAOG’s next strategic plan. “We need to think about organizational and succession planning, or building our bench of future leaders and advisors,” Jordon said.
