Opsens Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Denis Harrington as a Director of the Company. Denis Harrington owns a management and strategy consulting firm he founded in 2012. Prior to managing his own company, he worked for several medical companies and, among other things, led BridgePoint Medical, Inc., as Chief Executive Officer, from the development stage through commercialization and to a successful acquisition by Boston Scientific Corporation in October 2012.
He joined Boston Scientific Corporation in 1993 and worked for them for 18 years in various roles of increasing responsibility in the U.S. sales organization. Some of his most impressive achievements included managing over 1,800 people and US$3 billion in revenue as Senior Vice-President Cardiology, Rhythm and Vascular Sales.
