Fortier ’96 Leads U.S. Naval Test Pilot School During 70th Anniversary

Students and staff of U.S. Naval Test Pilot School (USNTPS) gather to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the school's establishment at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland.
