USMA has invited all former superintendents of the Academy for a series of updates provided by LTG Caslen ’75 and USMA senior leaders from April 27-29.
The highlight of the "Board of Living Superintendents" festivities will be a panel discussion entitled "Years of a Century Told" held in Eisenhower Hall 4:30pm-6:00pm on April 28. The panel, moderated by nationally known journalist Chris Wallace, will consist of LTG's(R) Christman, Lennox, Hagenbeck, Huntoon and the current Superintendent, LTG Caslen. LTG(R) Palmer is unable to attend. The discussion will chronicle 100 years of living history from the celebrated Class of 1915, which featured such national heroes as Generals Eisenhower, Bradley and Van Fleet, to our soon to be graduated Class of 2015. The panel event will be hosted in part by the Class of 1965, the 50 year affiliation Class of both 1915 and 2015. In attendance will be the Class of 2015, members of the Class of 1965 and descendants of members of the Class of 1915. This unique, first of its kind event is open to USMA staff and faculty and graduates are especially welcome to attend.
