From the Cadet Mess at our "Rockbound Highland Home" to Kabul, Afghanistan, from Bagram to Washington, DC, from the Middle East to Colombia, and all over the U.S., West Point Cadets, Graduates and Societies came together in March to celebrate Founders Day and the 213th Anniversary of the founding of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Traditionally, each group hears from a guest speaker, and listens to remarks from the oldest and youngest grads present, who then cut the celebratory cake. Many societies observe the tradition of leaving an empty chair for fallen comrades. Everyone sings the "Alma Mater" and "The Corps." Every heart in gray remembers.
