FORT SHAFER FLATS — Pacific Army Reserve Soldiers and guests gathered to welcome Col. Joseph Ricciardi as he took command of the 303rd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade (MEB), 9th Mission Support Command, from outgoing commander Col. Colbert Low, during a ceremony, here, May 17.
Ricciardi, an experienced engineer and citizen-Soldier, spoke about pride and humility as he took command of 303rd MEB.
“There is pride in the honor bestowed upon me to lead and serve in this unit, and there is pride in knowing I am leading the best Maneuver Enhancement Brigade in the Army Reserve,” he said. “There is humility in the responsibility I have been given, and I look forward to the challenge and to serving with this new family.” Read More
