2LT Morrow ’20 Named Fulbright Scholar

Congratulations to West Point’s newest Fulbright Scholar, 2LT Sarah Morrow, who will study International Security Studies at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Through the Fulbright Program, Sarah hopes to combine her love of cultural immersion with her passion to use strategy and policy to improve the lives of vulnerable populations around the world.
