2LT Beattie ’19 & 2LT Waller ’19 UH-60M Course

2LT Olivia Beattie ’19 and 2LT Tripp Waller ’19 recently started the UH-60M course where they will learn to fly the aircraft together with their Instructor at Fort Rucker, putting the Civil & Mechanical engineering they’ve learned at West Point to the test. As cadets, they learned how helicopters fly in ME388 and conducted an in-flight laboratory in the UH-72 Lakota. They were also capstone design partners and built a device to capture a Shadow unmanned system.
