The West Point Society of Washington (WPSWA) has once again earned the Distinguished Society Award (DSA). The award was started in 1994 and since its inception, the WPSWA has earned the award every year, congratulations! WPSWA recently had the opportunity to support the incoming Class of 2025 along with their 50-year affiliate Class of 1975 with their very own “Backyard March Back”. A group from the society marched down Ruston Way, around Point Defiance and back down Ruston Way for a total of 12 miles. They were thankful to the Tacoma Events Commission for sponsoring the annual picnic at the conclusion of the March Back.
