FIFE, WA - Continuant, a global Unified Communications and Managed Services provider, today announced the promotion of Gasper Gulotta to Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Gulotta, who will manage day-to-day operations for the 300+ employee organization, joined the company in 2013 as Vice President of Operations. He was formerly Vice President of Defense Solutions and Services for ITT in Herndon, VA, and also worked at Telecommunications Systems of Annapolis, MD.
Prior to working in the private sector, Gulotta was a Brigade Commander, leading six battalions in aviation, transportation, and logistics to ensure the readiness of military units for combat. Following the September 11, 2001 attacks, Gulotta mobilized the Brigade and supervised the readiness assessment and deployment of more than 30,000 troops into Iraq. He was also Defense Coordinating Officer supporting FEMA in the Central United States, responsible for Department of Defense emergency preparedness planning in that region. Read More
